Plug Valve Lockout secures a manually actuated plug valve with a stem diameter between 9.5mm – 63.5mm easily and effectively. The base of this lockout device remains in place upon application and does not interfere with valve activation by removable handle/wrench. These devices are made of durable polypropylene.
